A stiff, heat-resistant material with an HDT of 230ºC similar to many PAEK thermoplastics like PEEK. Exhibits excellent long-term stability at temperatures exceeding 100ºC making it suitable for prototypes and end-use parts subjected to high temperatures, such as fast tooling for plastic molding.
NOTE: xPEEK147 requires baking after curing. In addition to the photopolymer chemistry, this material has a thermal chemistry which won't polymerize fully without the baking step. Contact us for oven recommendations.
